So what does a good cleanser does to your face? It removes all the oil and dirt from your facial skin. It also makes sure that after a proper wash, your pores are clear and not clogged with all the dirt and oil. Clean pore are very essential so that they are able to “breathe”. You don’t want that happening!

What should you do when you see pimples appearing on your skin, despite washing it well with a good face wash? Apply a spot treatment cream on the pimple. Acne or pimple spot treatment creams that contain tea tree oil and salicylic acid are very effective for this purpose. Just like any other organ of the body, our facial skin cells also die and new ones come and replace them. Those dead cells, which are at the top now, need to be removed properly. If they are not removed, they will eventually clog your pores and worsen your acne condition. Therefore, scrubbing or exfoliating your skin is one good way to remove the dead cells.

If you have ever noticed whiteheads on your face, those are usually the result of dead skin cells clogging your pores. If they are not removed, acne breakouts may result.

For individuals with acne-prone skin, it is recommended that you scrub your face daily. Doing this will ensure that all the dirt, dead cells, and impurities are removed from your skin every day. That is ensure that your skin is able to breathe and fight acne properly. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend that you exfoliate your skin only a few times during the week. That will ensure that your skin won’t get irritated and cause further breakouts.

Another thing that is very important when scrubbing your face is your hand movement on your face (the application of the scrub). When exfoliating your face, make sure you do it in circular motion. This ensures that there is good blood circulation throughout your skin, which make it feel fresh and supple.
